Swatching for Fit and Fabric: Gauge - Embracing the Process - May 24
In this class, you will learn Gauge basics - what is gauge, why is it important, and how to read your knitting. In addition, you will discover that gauge is much more than a measurement of stitches and rows - it is discovering how needles and fiber content impact your fabric. It is not a waste of time, but actually SAVES time!
This class is perfect for anyone who has avoided swatching, has swatched but doesn't know how to read it, or what you can do if the gauge isn’t what you expected.
Students will be able to borrow gauge measuring tools during class.
This class is held in person at our Bainbridge Island shop on Sunday, May 24th from 3:15pm - 5:15pm. This class will be taught by our very own Kathy Connelly!
