Project Support 1:1 Appointment
Do you ever find yourself stuck on a knitting or crochet project, in need of guidance, trouble shooting or looking for a private knitting lesson? Our new in-store only project support service is here to provide you with personalized assistance and expert guidance, to ensure your project is smooth, enjoyable and successful!
Whether your a beginner tackling your first project or an experienced crafter attempting a new-to-you technique, we've got you covered.
How it works:
We charge $25 for every 30 minutes of support time.
Use our new form (link below) to request a Project Support Appointment. You will be asked a few questions about what you're working on and the help you're looking for. Once we receive the request, we will reach out in the next 48 hours.
From there, we’ll schedule time with a team member who’s best equipped to assist you. We are usually able to set a meeting within a week of the initial request for Project Support. We will also send you an invoice via email once the details are finalized to secure the appointment.

If you have already scheduled a Project Support in person and are just looking to pay in advance, please call the shop so we can do payment over the phone, or send you an invoice. We no longer offer payment of Project Support through our website.

If your schedule and questions are more flexible, come by on Wednesday's for our drop-in "office hours"! We have an experienced knitter ready and waiting to help you from 12:00-2:00pm, free of charge.
