Intro to Drop Spindle - December 4 & 11
Learn to Spin on a Drop Spindle!
In this two-part class, we'll learn how to turn fluff into stuff using a drop spindle! The drop spindle is one of the oldest tools in the world, with evidence of spindle use dating back over 10,000 years. Learn a fun and accessible way to begin your spinning journey, and together we’ll cover everything you need to feel confident creating your very first skein of handspun yarn.
This class is designed with beginners in mind and no prior experience is needed.
