Create a pointelle inspired crochet sweater with us in this 5 part class! Using the Clematis Sweater, this sweater class is perfect for the crocheter who is looking to further their crochet skills.
This class was designed for Laine's Let's Crochet! Issue 2 and will be taught by the designer herself! We will chat gauge, yarn and sizing before diving into casting on and going though modifications to achieve your perfect fit.
Students should already be familiar and comfortable with basic crochet stitches (chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet and double crochet).
This class is held in person at our Bainbridge Island shop over five sessions on Fridays, October 9, 23, November 6, 20 and December 4 from 11:00am - 1:00pm. Taught by Nikki Reynolds!
What you'll learn:

- Seaming using the whip stitch
- Shaping
- Crochet Join as You Go method
- Finishing techniques
- Crocheting in the round
What you'll need for the class:
- Fingering weight yarn held with lace weight (We recommend Knitting for Olive Merino and Soft Silk Mohair)
- Size E (3.5mm) Crochet Hook
The pattern will be included. Yarn and hooks should be purchased separately. If you'd like to purchase supplies from us, contact us for a 15% off discount, but you're welcome to bring your own supplies!
