Myosotis Dress Pattern
Myosotis is the perfect oversized, boxy shirtdress (and we know our boxy dresses around here!). The front, back, and bust darts create just enough shape that this dress doesn't feel too frumpy. And it has pockets, which makes it a winner in our book! Version A has sleeve ruffles and a tiered skirt, version B has plain sleeves and a gathered skirt.
We made this dress out of our Viscose Twill and it was the exact fabric pairing this pattern was calling for. A fabric with drape is definitely the way to go! You can read all of our thoughts on the pattern on the blog!
This pattern is bilingual (French/English).
Suggested Fabrics: Chambray, rayon twill, batiste, double-gauze, lightweight cotton sateen. Allow extra fabric to match stripes or plaids.
Notions: 20’’ lightweight fusible interfacing, three ½’’ buttons
